Well-balanced meals for every need
Thanks to donations and grants, we are able to subsidize the cost of meals for clients who need assistance. The hot meals we deliver include an entrée, a starch, vegetable side dishes, soup, salad or fresh fruit, dessert and milk. Vegetarian and chopped or pureed meals are available. We serve the elderly, people with disabilities and individuals recovering from surgery or an illness. A minimum order of three days a week is required, and some clients receive meals seven days a week.

WELL-BALANCED MENUS CHANGE DAILYThe professionally trained staff of Valle Verde Retirement Community prepares meals in a commercial kitchen. ServSafe-certified managers follow the Hazard Analysis of Critical Control Points (HACCP) process for serving safe food. A registered dietician ensures all food meets strict standards for preparation and quality.

HEARTY MEALS DELIVERED BY LUNCH TIMEOur meals include a soup, a main dish, two vegetable sides, a starch, a small salad, dessert and milk. They meet the dietary requirements of people with diabetes. We also provide special meals for vegetarians and those who need their food chopped or pureed.
